The tool was redesigned with the aim to make it easier to use and ensure that data is efficiently captured within the system. This tool essentially helps in doing following tasks:

• Breakdown a project into smaller parts, them being Release, work-package and activities in descending order
• Delegate each of these parts to a resource who can further create a subtask and delegate it to another resource.
• Allows resources to fill in the time spent on a task
  • 1 Resources can review their timesheet before submitting it for review
  • 2 Project Manager will see timesheet filled by resources for the project they are overseeing only
  • 3 Project manager can approve/reject the time filled by the resource along with a comment
  • 4 For a rejection, the resource will have to review and fill in timesheet again
